Join us Thursday, November 14th to meet new friends and reconnect as we add work-life balance tools to our EmpowHER Toolbox!

Barbara Barnholtz will lead an engaging discussion featuring perspectives that showcase adaptability and problem-solving. Ellen Futterman, Mindy Mazur, and Amanda Stein will discuss relatable struggles and actionable tips for achieving work-life balance, including developing time management strategies, coping with unexpected changes, and growing emotional resilience. Our experts will also explore the importance of fostering support systems to maintain harmony in our personal and professional lives.

Light-bites at 5pm, program begins at 5:30pm after remarks, introductions, and “table talk”.
