EmpowHER: Unleashing Your Leadership Potential through Self-Leadership

May 1, 2024

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us Wednesday, May 1st to meet new friends and catch up with current ones as we add self-leadership tools to our Empowerment Toolbox!  Certified Executive Coach Mary Kutheis will take us through an interactive presentation that will inform us how confidently leading oneself is the key to success, ideal outcomes, and both personal and professional empowerment.

The takeaways for you will be:

  • The powerful question that unlocks high-value results every time
  • How our habitual thinking patterns help us be our best selves and are also at the root of our struggles
  • When the knowledge and use of just one “Cognitive Asset” shifted a business and a life.
  • A new definition of GOOD and how to employ it both personally and professionally for the benefit of all

Most will agree that excellent leadership skills are vital to rise to the top…and stay there. But to effectively lead other people, effective self-leadership must come first.

Light-bites at 5pm (program begins at 5:30pm after remarks, introductions and “table talk”)
