State Tax Reform

Our associates at the Missouri Budget Project will probably shock you with their insights into the quirks of our state tax code and the dangerous impact the resulting revenue decrease can have on the needs of women, children and families.  The neighboring state of Kansas has implemented similar policies with results that are widely considered disastrous.  Learn what can be done to intervene and minimize the damage.
