Justice For Sale?

Courts are the last line of defense for many of our most important liberties. Now some legislators are working to replace the Missouri Non-Partisan Plan for selecting judges with either elections or direct appointments by the governor. What’s wrong with that? Plenty! Representatives from the Missouri Bar Association will explain – in plain English – exactly why our current system is the best one around and what we need to do to protect it for future generations.
