Black & Blue – Unequal policing and excessive use of force happen right here in St Louis. How widespread is the problem, what are the costs and what can be done to curb it? Rev, Darryl Gray of the Ethical Society of Police will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the scope of the problem, the code of silence that perpetuates it and the policies newly-elected and newly-appointed officials can bring to bear to keep all our citizens safer.
