Interested in learning how to play Mah Jongg with NCJWSTL? Join us for the NCJWSTL Mah Jongg Academy, a four-session beginner series designed to teach the fundamentals of this fun and engaging game! Join us for this four-session beginner-friendly series held at the NCJWSTL offices, 311 North Lindbergh Boulevard, in the Community Gathering Space, at the rear of the building.

Dates: Tuesdays, July 21, July 28, August 4, and August 11, 2026
Time: 6:30–8:30 PM

Participants will receive instruction from experienced Mah Jongg mentors in a fun, supportive environment. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

 As part of NCJWSTL’s commitment to creating change and impacting lives, participants are invited to bring a new pair of children’s socks to each session to benefit the Kids Community Closet. This optional collection will help provide essential items to local students in need. Everyone who brings a pair of socks will be entered to win a fun prize!

Series Fee (includes all four sessions):

1. NCJWSTL Members: $30

1. Non-Members: $40

A current 2026 National Mah Jongg League Card is required for participation. If you do not already have a card, one must be purchased through NCJWSTL for an additional $15.

This program is designed for beginner and newer Mah Jongg players. Although not required, attendance at all four sessions is strongly encouraged to maximize your learning experience.
